To help you prepare in the best possible way, here you'll find all the essential information so you can fully focus on the races.
SHAKEDOWN REGISTRATION (ONLY FOR WORLD CHAMPS ATHLETES)
On Friday, 29.08.2025, we’ll be running a shakedown on the Vast & Furious Trail – the perfect chance to ride some lines, get to know the terrain, and feel the World Champs spirit. Registration required. Open exclusively to Enduro & E-Enduro World Championship participants. Limited spots: 60. First come, first served.
Registration Deadline: 28.08.2025 , 5:00pm.
ONLY TAKES PLACE IN GOOD WEATHER. Decision on Thursday evening. All registered participants will be informed by email.
ENDURO OPENING CEREMONY AND NATIONAL PARADE
On Saturday, August 30th, 2025, from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM, the official Opening Ceremony of the
Enduro & E-Enduro World Championships will take place in the event hub in Fiesch. All athletes are
kindly asked to participate and represent their nation in a short National Parade. Please make sure
to wear your official national race jersey. We look forward to kicking off the event together with you!
Meeting Point: 7:30 PM at the Bar & Lounge Talstation in Fiesch
Parade line-up starts at 7:45 PM at the Bar & Lounge Talstation in Fiesch.
UPLIFTS BY CABLE CARS
Most transfers will be made using cable cars. Tickets for the lifts on both training and race day are included in your registration.
ACCOMMODATION
From stylish hotels to cozy guesthouses and vacation apartments – there’s something for everyone. For a simple stay, group accommodations are also available.

Please note: For logistical and organizational reasons, we recommend that teams and athletes stay in the valley (e.g. Bellwald, Fiesch, Fieschertal, Lax, Mörel-Filet). The mountain villages of Riederalp, Bettmeralp, and Fiescheralp are car-free and only accessible by cable car.
EVENT VILLAGE
This is where both the race start and finish take place. The vibrant event village has it all: exciting spectator areas, a buzzing expo village, a delicious food street, and team paddocks where you can meet athletes and get a glimpse behind the scenes.
Highlights include the Valais Cycling Skill Park and a bouncy castle for our youngest visitors.
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE ZONE (TAZ)
The technical assistance zone is located in Fiesch.
FEED ZONE(S)
There are two Feed Zones. 1 located in Fiesch. 1 located at the Bellwald Cable car bottom station.
TOILETS
Various mobile toilets will be placed in the Event Hub
WASTE MANAGEMET
There are several places in Fiesch that offer public Wi-Fi, such as cafés, bars, tourist offices, etc. There will be no additional WI-FI Network at the Team Paddocks.
SECURITY
A professional company looks after security during the event. Night surveillance service from Tuesday 26th of August to Tue sday 2nd of September from 10pm to 6am. During the day there will be a surveillience service from the LOC.
BANK MACHINES AND LOCAL CURRENCY
The local currency in Switzerland is the Swiss Franc.
There are a few banks and ATMs in Fiesch.
PLUGS AND POWER
Mobile construction site panels are placed in the hub. Plugs and Power in general in Switzerland: The electricity grid in Switzerland operates at 230 volts and 50 hertz. Type J sockets are installed throughout Switzerland. Type J sockets are installed in Switzerland.
WIFI AND NETWORK
There are several places in Fiesch that offer public Wi-Fi, such as cafés, bars, tourist offices, etc. There will be no additional WI-FI Network at the Team Paddocks.
MOUNTAIN RESCUE INSURANCE
Helicopters are routinely utilised in Aletsch to evacuate injured individuals from the mountain - even for relatively minor injuries. Racers should accordingly verify that their insurance policies cover helicopter evacuations, in particular for competitions.
INSURANCE (FROM RACEBOOK EDR 2024)
Personal insurance coverage is not provided by the Organisers.
Racers are responsible for securing their own accident, rescue, health, travel, property and liability insurance. Racers should have the following insurance coverage:

Bodily injury (in and out-patient hospital expenses and medical care, emergency rescue and medical transport costs, permanent disablement, death) and material damages (loss of earnings) in case of accident in the course of the Event or during training

Third-party liability insurance for material damage or bodily injury caused to others in the course of the Event or during training.

Expenses tied to the mountain rescue including helicopter rescue and ambulances
